1. Subscription Charges
All memberships and subscriptions to Jist Media are billed on a recurring monthly basis, unless otherwise stated. By subscribing, you agree to automatic billing at the beginning of each billing cycle.
2. No Refunds Policy
As we provide digital content and early-access features, all payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable. This includes:
Accidental or unintended subscriptions
Partial use of subscription during the billing cycle
Dissatisfaction with content preferences or publishing frequency
We encourage users to explore our free content before subscribing to ensure alignment with your interests.
3. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at hello@jist.news.
Once canceled, your access to member-only content will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
Duplicate payments due to a technical error
Unauthorized or fraudulent charges (with supporting evidence)
Billing errors on our part
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please email us at support@jist.news within 7 days of the charge with full details.
